The challenge

Every shipment was a project run on email, WhatsApp groups, and a shared folder. Vendor trucking costs, port charges, and handling fees arrived weeks after delivery, so invoices went out late and true margin per job was never known in time.

01Customers called operations for status updates, and each answer required checking with a driver or an agent.
